The villa is located in the very centre of Positano, next to the main square and Marina Grande, Positano’s main beach.  The Villa is close to shopping areas, restaurants, and all necessities, but still enjoys the quiet corner of the town centre.

Description: 

This beautiful, recently restored villa is an independent house, which dates back to the 17th century, built on two levels.

Ground floor: Very comfortable and modern living room with a characteristic ceramic-tiled floor, two sofas, fireplace, and dining area; kitchen.  Access to the adjacent terrace with white columns, a stone bench and garden furniture, overlooks a lush garden with palm trees and plants typical to the Mediterranean landscape and is accessible from both living room and kitchen; ½ bathroom.

First floor: Double bedroom with balcony, TV, and en-suite shower room; small room with single bed; double room with balcony; small bedroom with bunk beds and a window overlooking the terrace (recommended for children or young teenagers); bathroom with shower.   

Access: 6 steps from a small road, reachable by foot.

Facilities: Air conditioning and central heating throughout the entire villa, telephone, washing machine, dishwasher, radio, cassette player.
